Soya is one of our main crops as it is used not only as a Nitrogen fixer in soil but also for processing into
pure oil, as a base for flavoured oils, textured vegetable protein (TVP) and Soya flour.
Oil pressed from Organic Soya does not contain the traces of Hexane or other toxic residues that may be found in conventionally produced refined oils.As Kitchen Garden oil
is unrefined, it still contains the natural lecithin, carotenes and tocopherols.
The benefits of Soya Beans as an Eco-friendly source of protein are well
known: Soya beans contain 40% protein of a quality comparable to animal meat.
Organic certification is in many countries the only guarantee that Genetically
Modified Soya seed has not been used.
